this site for the purpose of advertising equipment
and raw foods to customers and potential customers.

any time you do not wish to accept these conditions

Our terms and conditions of sale
These terms will apply to all your purchases of items
from the our store, whether you are ordering online
or by telephone. Please read this document carefully
before placing your order.
We may change these terms from time to time. Please
check them before you make a new purchase.
Payment
You can pay for your order by Visa, Mastercard, American
Express, Discover or by phone. We will take all reasonable
care to keep your order details and payment secure.
Your agreement with us
We will confirm acceptance (or otherwise) of your
order as soon as possible, either by email (if your
order is placed on-line) or by telephone (if your
order is placed over the telephone). A binding agreement
arises once we accept your order and we will then
charge your credit/debit card on acceptance of your
order.
Shipping Policy
We use UPS ground and USPS Priority Mail for all
our snacks and raw food items. Orders are shipped
Mondays through Fridays. If you need an item sooner
please call for shipping rates. Saturday overnight
delivery possible with extra surcharge. All shipping
charges (if applicable) will be added once you login
and complete your order.
Availability
All items are subject to availability. We can only
guarantee availability whilst stocks last. If the
goods ordered are unavailable, we will contact you
with suggestions of goods of equivalent quality and
price.
Cancellations and returns
If for any reasons you are not happy with our products
please call or email us and we will refund your money
in full.
Wholesale Orders
If you are interested in opening a wholesale account

and we will set you up. As always you can email us
any details about your company and needs and we will
reply back with our wholesale list. Samples of all
our products are available with first orders.

Caring for your purchase
Always keep all our snacks and raw food items away
from direct sunlight. The ideal condition is in the
fridge and for maximum flavor please allow to warm
up to room temperature.

We have made every effort to display as accurately
as possible the colors of our products that appear
on this web site. However, we cannot guarantee that
your monitor's display of any color will accurately
reflect the color of the actual product.
While we try to be as accurate as possible, all sizes,
weights and measurements quoted are approximate.
